Returns and Shipping Information
Your credit card will be charged at the time you place your order. Please be sure to enter all information correctly. We are not responsible for errors in the information you provide us, like addresses and payment information. Please be absolutely certain the shipping address you provide is correct. Although it makes us sad, we cannot be responsible for items shipped to an incorrectly given address.
If you are like us, we know you want your new clothes yesterday! We promise to ship your finds as soon as possible, so you can do the happy dance. We do run special shipping offers and free shipping promotions from time to time. Otherwise, USPS shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. Please allow extra time for items shipped outside of the U.S.
Florida Sales Taxes:
We collect local sales tax on purchases shipped within our beautiful Sunshine State.
Coming Soon Items:
Patience is a virtue! We place a “Coming Soon” label on items for two reasons. 1) The item is currently out of stock due to overwhelming popularity, or 2) the item is a brand new hot-off-the-presses addition to our clothing line. If you’d like to purchase items labeled “Coming Soon”, you can, but please be patient as it may take an additional two weeks to fill. If we are unable to fill the order within 2 weeks, we will issue a refund.
Out of Stock - In the unhappy event that an item is out of stock and we are unable to fill the order, we will refund your original payment method for that item and adjust shipping and taxes if necessary.
Lost or Stolen Packages:
Bummer! In the unfortunate event that your shipment is lost, stolen, or undeliverable, please contact the USPS directly.
In the unlikely event you are unhappy with your purchase, we will gladly issue store credit/gift card for items returned within 14 days of purchase. No refunds. In order to process your store credit, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and provide the customer name used at time of purchase and item being returned. Items must be in the same condition that you received them with tags attached. Worn clothing or clothing with odors, pet hair, etc. will not be eligible for return. Shipping fees will not be refunded. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Returns should be mailed to 4436 W Shannon Lakes Dr. Tallahassee, Florida US 32309.
Order Errors/Damaged Items:
Notify us within 3 days of receipt if any of your items are damaged or incorrect. Email email@example.com with the customer name and item to be returned. Then return the item to: 4436 W Shannon Lakes Dr Tallahassee, Florida US 32309. All items must be unworn, and free of pet hair and odors. Damages caused by the customer will not be eligible for return. Please remember that all eligible returns are issued store credit, no refunds.
